This versatile 50mm aperture guide scope features a built-in helical focuser for precise focusing of potential guide stars, designed for use with a guider CCD astronomy camera or eyepiece. The guide scope greatly reduces light loss, with a light transmittance as high as 99.5%. Its quick-focus, retractable tube with a 1mm scale can be locked in place. The telescope's extinction design incorporates a tapered, matte-toothed and spray-painted barrel to significantly reduce light loss, resulting in clearer, sharper images.

Weighing only 604g and measuring 240mm in total length, this compact autoguiding system adds minimal weight to an astrophotography setup, making it highly portable. The helical focuser's smooth operation allows users to quickly lock onto the desired stars and further refine the star details.

The SV106 guide scope comes with a set of tube rings and a dovetail rail, compatible with dovetail finder scope bases for easy attachment.
