SVBONY SC311 WiFi Astronomy Camera for Outdoor Deep Sky Photography and EAA

From the brand Observation Discovery & Exploration, the SC311 is the first WIFI camera developed for astrophotography. Using the IMX662 color CMOS sensor and 2.4G WIFI technology, it offers a convenient and clear visual experience that can be shared with multiple people.

The WIFI connection makes the setup more convenient, allowing users to record and share the sky through the dedicated app. The 10M effective transmission distance frees the camera from the constraints of data cables. Up to 4 devices can be connected simultaneously, compatible with both Android and Apple systems.

The removable protective glass design provides versatility in usage. The built-in 32GB TF card stores photos and videos without occupying the mobile device's storage. When paired with a telescope, such as the MK105, the SC311 delivers good results in planetary, solar, and lunar photography.

Equipped with a 1.25-inch/CS/C adapter ring, the camera can accommodate various filters and camera lenses without the need for additional adapters. The 2400mAh lithium battery supports around 4 hours of continuous use.

The IMX662 color CMOS sensor features no amp glow, very low readout noise, and higher sensitivity to red and near-infrared light, making it well-suited for EAA (Electronically Assisted Astronomy) applications. The 2.4G WIFI module provides a 150Mbps connection, allowing up to 4 devices to be connected simultaneously.

The SC311 comes with a 32GB TF card and can support up to 256GB of storage. The built-in 2400mAh battery ensures an extended battery life. Users can connect the camera to the SvbonyAstro software application to perform observations on their phones or tablets and save the images directly to the SC311's TF card, making it easy to share on social media.

The removable UV/IR CUT filter has a high transmittance of more than 96% in the visible light range of 400-700nm. For infrared or ultraviolet photography, users can try the IR685 or IR850 filters to explore different shooting experiences.
